DRIVEN: A Latinx Artist Celebration

While working as a Creative Director at R&CPMK, we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with a COVID-19 safe and buzzworthy community event. Partnering with The Art of Elysium and The Museum of Latin American Art as well as their chief curator, Gabriela Urtiaga, we created a free outdoor, drivable art experience titled “DRIVEN”.

We were able to secure some of LA’s most talented Latinx artists to provide their beautiful artwork to display at our event. The experience was overlaid with a custom curated soundtrack by KCRW DJ Raul Camps, who took guests through a music journey of renowned Latinx artists.

We completely transformed the parking lot of the famous Hollywood Palladium to make guests feel like they were being transported out of LA, into our art safari, while never actually leaving the parking lot. From ideation to partnerships to execution, our team handled it all.
