Anastasia opened the first HOUSE of WARIS concept store called RARE at the Hotel Gritti in Venice, Italy. Launching the project involved overseeing website development, packaging and catalog design, and coordinating product inventory with 45 vendors from 14 countries.
Anastasia also oversaw the partnership with Net-A-Porter to house the RARE collection, and developed and manufactured five original products specifically for the launch.
